Clubbercise®

Simple, fun dance fitness routines using glow sticks to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights.

Because of the high and low impact options Clubbercise dance fitness classes are great if you’re a beginner or if you’re exercising regularly but looking for something different!- will send an image later on.

POUND

Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

INSANITY

Forget everything you think you know about high-intensity workouts. Because INSANITY turns old-school interval training on its head.

If you’ve ever been to a Spin class, you know how that works. You motor along at a moderate pace for awhile – then all at once, you kick up your speed and heart rate – just for a minute or so. After that, it’s back to a lower gear, giving you plenty of time to catch your breath.

But with INSANITY, you do exactly the opposite. You work flat out in 3 to 5-minute blocks, and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. It’s called Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits – so your body has to adapt.

Zumba®

How It Works
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. BUGGYCISE

This programme is catered to getting you back into shape after your new arrival. Postnatal tailored workout to help with all your postnatal fitness needs. Whether it be from fitting back into those jeans or just regaining your fitness level this class will help you achieve this all from behind your buggy or pram.

KETTLECISE

Kettlercise ® is THE single most effective Kettlebell fat burning exercise class, that uses the BSM method (Blood Shunting method) and is designed to re shape and sculpt the body like never before.  It uses smaller Kettlebell weights for ladies 2kg to 8kg and for men 4kg to 10kg and uses 37 blood pumping Kettlebell exercises in a set class routine that works every major and minor muscle group, it’s the only exercise class that gives participants a complete body workout.  It’s a high volume, moderate intensity program.  It’s a none stop program.

WHAT IS HIITSTEP

HIITSTEP is a NEW and innovative 30 minute HIIT exercise class using only bodyweight and a STEP. It has been developed using the expertise and experience from those that have competed for and worked with Team GB

Jump

Jump uses High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) techniques to maximise the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises, thus engaging more of the deep core muscles. The programmes have been a hit since 1996 with countless success stories from regular attendees amazed at the ‘all over’ health and fitness results achieved.

Lift and tone

Lean and lift is a high intensity barbell workout aimed at targeting the whole body getting all participants stronger and leaner with a long lasting calorie burning affect.

Bandfit

Bandfit is a brand new workout using resistant bands and body weight to tone up and sculpt the whole body.

MILFFIT

MILFFIT- this class is aimed for yummy mummy’s who are wanting to get for post pregnancy, expecting mums before they have their babies or even for mummy’s who are fit and want to increase their fitness levels. Mums can bring their children and babies along to classes and not have to worry about child care, as mum myself I know can always be a problem. The class is aimed to tone, increase fitness levels pre and post pregnancy and to socialise with other yummy mummy’s. There will be lots of different options and levels to given out so it’s a place a to feel comfortable.
